XM-DVR Pro Base Kit
The XM-DVR Pro is the highest quality solid state digital video recorder on
the market recording two full channels in up to three times DVD quality. It's
designed for extreme conditions and tough enough for aviation, motorsports, and military applications. This MPEG2 DVR is light weight, small, and rugged; making it the ideal solid state recorder for all extreme situations
A step up from the DIY kit, the XM-DVR Pro Base Kit comes with a DVI harness to connect
up to two cameras and two stereo audio connections, as well as a start/stop record switch. It also includes an
IR remote for playback and menu settings. The base kit can be used with any
analog camera by using our
universal adapter cables, or simply plug in your existing
Multi-View Quattro, Sony
CCD Bullet Cameras, or
Thermal Camera.
The XM-DVR Pro records 2 full channels of audio and video. This means you can have two cameras recording simultaneously, creating two separate video files on your CF (compact flash), hard drive, or solid state drive. It's like buying two recorders for the price of one!
Housed in an anodized aluminum enclosure less than 2 inches high and weighing only 13 ounces, the XM-DVR Pro is compact, durable, and lightweight. Making it one of the smallest MPEG2 DVR's on the market.
The XM-DVR Pro now has front load compact flash slots for your convenience. The new design has also eliminated the need for an AC Power Supply.
